Karma-centric approach

We created Karmasoft as an extension of our yoga practice. In so doing we want to make sure our refund policies are clear and simple. We never want you (our customers) to be unhappy, simply contact our support team and we will take care of you.

Full refunds

If you were just charged for your next month of Karmasoft, but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that extra charge.

If you forgot to cancel Karmasoft a couple months ago [2 months], and you haven’t used Karmasoft since then, we’ll give you a full refund for a few back months. No problem.

Partial refunds or credits

If you forgot to cancel Karmasoft a year ago, and there’s been activity on your account since then, we’ll review your account usage and figure out a partial refund based on how many months you used it.

If you upgraded your account a few months ago to a higher plan, but you didn’t end up needing the extra features, we’d consider applying a prorated credit towards future months
